I’ve spent 10 years in hospitality and food production, and I now bring everything I’ve learned in bars and restaurants directly to your home. Together, we can collaborate on a menu that fits your event and your personal taste, while I handle the cooking and service so you can enjoy your guests.

Working outside the conventional kitchen lets me stay close to nature and local producers. I focus on high-quality, seasonal, sustainable ingredients—regeneratively farmed meat and vegetables, day-boat fish, organic fruit, and foraged finds—always prioritising flavour. I’m also professionally trained in wine, spirits, and cocktails, and I can add pairings, welcome drinks, after-dinner cocktails, or a spirit tasting, with non-alcoholic options available. I adapt every meal for dietary restrictions and allergies, preparing separately to minimise cross-contamination.

I learned to cook in a variety of restaurants that made everything from scratch, and I’ve continued to sharpen my approach through courses like the CxM Ecology of Food Masterclass.

I let ingredients lead the menu

I source from producers with the closest connection to their ingredients, then I showcase the very best of what they grow or raise—simple, seasonal, and focused on flavour.
